I had a fantastic experience at Tackle Express! They provided top-notch service and helped me choose the perfect trout rod and reel. Very nice selection of everything fishing related. Their expertise and customer service are unmatched. All of their pricing was reasonable along the boards! I'm thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this store to fellow anglers. I can't understand why other vendors can't be as efficient as Tackle Express. I mean I've been buying stuff from them for years and their commitment to getting your orders to you in a timely manner hasn't changed. I ordered a Phoenix Rod and the rod was at my door in a day! Great Service 👍 …

By far a must see in Santa Clarita if you are even a beginner fisherman. These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, and VERY courteous! They took the time to show me how to line my reel. They explained several types of plastic bait. Even suggested the perfect set up for converting my heavy lake pole so I was able to enjoy a day at the harbor with the kiddo. Wonderful place! Lots of goodies of all kinds.

These guys are awsome. Extremely knowledgeable. Got me the right gear to hook up my first blue fin tuna. Also giving me tips on what to do when I catch one and also for dorado. Can't say enough about this place. Highly recommend

Well. I ordered a reel, which arrived broke multiple days later. I talked to the owner, he apologized and said he would send a new reel with a surprise in the box. I received the box and it had two reels in it. I was excited thinking he did a BOGOF deal. I gave them a five star review and bought two spools of overpriced line to give them additional business. I received another reel multiple days later and then a phone call asking to send two reels back. I sent the two reels back for them. I guess my surprise was a second trip to the post office. It is what it is.

I live twenty five hundred miles away. Called on the phone to the retail location because the website says it was out of stock on a Sunday. Gentleman named Harry handled my transaction, Pack everything up safely and it arrived just as it should have. I ordered a shirt site unseen from the store. That's some pretty cool at work, Thanks again to the team and Harry for taking care of me.
